Time for telephone: Telephone bookings 09.00-13.00, 16.00-19.00 (referring agencies only).
Client group: Single homeless men and women over 18, including those with support needs. No re-admission once booked in. No alcohol or dogs on premises.
Annual winter shelter/emergency accommodation in various venues. Clients register with an advocacy worker and accept the shelter’s ethos and terms of residence. No alcohol allowed on the premises. (Homeless London website information last checked 18 Dec 2008).
